BUYER USER MANUAL

This user manual will guide you through the process of logging in, placing your order, checking out, and arranging delivery. Please follow the instructions below to ensure a smooth experience. 

THE PROCESS

LOGGING IN 

After registering for a trade account you will receive a B2B invitation link. Follow this link and set a password for your account. Your username will be preset as your email.

CONFIRM CONTACT INFORMATION

Please confirm address details by clicking on the drop box next to your name and select ‘My Addresses’.

Once your billing and shipping addresses have been saved, you won't need to re-enter them each time you place an order.

PLACING YOUR ORDER

When logged in, browse or search for the products you wish to order using the available categories or search bar. Click on a product to view its detail including wholesale carton price, RSP’s and product specifications.

ADD TO CART

Enter the number of cartons you would like to order. Add the cartons to your cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button. Repeat the steps for all the products you want to order.

REVIEW YOUR CART

Review your cart to ensure the correct items and quantities are selected. Click “Update shopping cart” to tally your order.

CHECKOUT

Once you have added all the desired items to your cart, click on the "Checkout" button. Review the order summary to verify the products, quantities, and prices.

Provide any additional details or special instructions related to your order in the designated fields.

SHIPPING & PAYMENT METHOD

Courier fee's will be calculated according to your order value. Should you prefer to arrange your own courier or driver to collect, please select the Collection option.

There is no payment due when checking out. Payment will be due prior to dispatch, and you will receive a tax invoice via email before your requested delivery date.

Review all the information entered and click on the "Confirm Order" button to finalize your order.

You will receive a confirmation of your order, which will also be sent to you via email.

You can also view price lists via an excel template download.

We have a full price list and separate pricelists for Crackers, Catering Crackers, Tableware and partyware

Save this excel pricelist to use for your own store listing uploads.

ACCESS OUR DIGITAL LIBRARY 

Follow the DIGITAL LIBRARY link to access our google drive folder of product images. Here you can download images to use for your social media, website and standard marketing material.
